The International Asia-Pacific Desk of the Crédit Agricole Group provides support to the Crédit Agricole Group’s business clients in New-Zealand to help them implement their operations on location, particularly opening accounts, and providing financing, information and banking advice. To this end, it draws on a large local banking group partner.
For non-banking matters, the International Desk offers the support of local law and accounting offices and its partners as well as expertise in business internationalisation.
General Information
The legal framework is stable and clear and subject to English law. A company can be formed without a minimum capital and in just two steps.
New Zealand business is dominated by services (68% of the GDP), which comes ahead of industry (22%) and the primary sector (10%).
